30seconds With Ropelab 10 Toothed - Detailed Analysis & Overview

I have never understood why this knot is taught. I see no practical use for it. A rope running through a carabiner can be converted to a Munter (or Italian) Hitch with one simple move. A simple technique to store dyneema (and other) slings. Does placing two prusiks around two ropes achieve redundancy for a connection to a load? I think this is the easiest way to convert a 3:1 system to a 5:1 system. All you need to add is a double pulley and a carabiner. My favourite knot is the figure-of-8 and a few of its variants. Why? It is so versatile and so easy to inspect.
